What's your favorite plate?

Did you guys know that tacos are very healthy but it all depends on what you put in the taco? Eat healthily and stay in shape, I know that sometimes it's hard you'll end up breaking the rules but that's fine..if you break your diet go back and burn all the calories you just gained. This has helped me stay skinny since I really don't want to be skinny but I don't want to be fat either just keep it 50/50 and you'll see that sometimes it works!
